About Us
Hi, I’m Lindsay. My journey as a former All-SEC gymnast at LSU, coupled with my MBA in Sports Business from UCF laid the foundation for my 20+ year career and passion in sports marketing!
I’ve navigated the industry from the inside out, serving as Marketing Director for two top-ranked gymnastics clubs Twister Gymnastics and American Twisters, and spearheading corporate sponsorships and NIL/Influencer collaborations at USA Competitions. Living in Boca Raton, FL, with my husband Matthew, and our blended family of three teenage athletes, I understand the unique challenges and dreams of young athletes firsthand.
How It Started
As a mom navigating the college recruitment process, I recognized the need for clear and effective guidance in athlete social media promotion and college recruitment strategy. This led me to create LMG Sports Marketing – a trusted space for athletes to strategically grow their social media, effectively connect with college coaches, and navigate the evolving landscape of NIL opportunities.

Questions & Answers
Popular Questions
When should my athlete start building their personal brand?
It’s never too early to start! Starting as early as 8th grade early allows for a gradual, authentic brand to develop, giving college coaches and potential NIL partners a chance to follow their journey over time.
How does a strong personal brand help with college recruiting and NIL?
In a crowded recruiting landscape, a well-defined personal brand makes your athlete stand out. It serves as a digital resume, showcasing their skills, work ethic, and character to college coaches. For NIL, a strong brand shows potential partners that your athlete has a built-in audience and a marketable image, making them a more attractive investment.
